Another week down, another week ready to go. I didn’t manage to stick precisely to last week’s menu, but I did fairly well, all things considered. This week is the last I’ll be home for a while, so I want to get rid of my excess produce and milk.
Sunday: We went out to eat this afternoon, so we’ll just have some leftover mac n cheese for dinner if either of us gets hungry.
Monday: Baked chicken with couscous and grilled veggies
Tuesday: Turkey tacos
Wednesday: Whole wheat pancakes with bananas or peach compote
Thursday: Three-ways, Cincinnati-style
Friday: Crock pot pork chops, green beans, corn (yeah, really creative…)
Saturday: Pasta salad with any leftover veggies and meat
